We have a great opportunity to join us a Long Term Planning Traincrew Diagram Manager!
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and leading the diagramming process, ensuring maximum productivity and efficiency is derived in the diagramming of our people to meet the timetable and passenger service requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Knowledge of west coast railway geography
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills to engage and influence industry stakeholders.
- Knowledge of diagramming tools like Voyagerplan and Tracsis
