Executive Assistant to Directors | Fast-Growth FMCG
£45,000-£50,000 + excellent benefits
City-Based (hybrid)
Love Success is delighted to be working exclusively on the newly created Executive Assistant opportunity for an innovative global FMCG company. The London office has doubled in size to around 150 staff and they now need an EA who is used to working at the Director level to support 3 Board members (Commercial, Human Resources and Finance).
The Executive Assistant should be a dynamic and credible individual who can bring some new ideas and improve existing systems. Along with international travel arrangements and meeting management, you will organise company events and executive retreats, occasionally attending trade shows in other regions.
Part of the EA's remit will be to ensure that the office is running smoothly, signing off supplies and with some procurement responsibility.
The ideal Executive Assistant will have worked at the senior level with a range of personalities and will be ready for that next step. Any experience with fast-growth companies and newly created roles would be a bonus.

It is a hybrid working model with 3-4 days in the office, depending on the needs of the business.
Salary is dependent on experience.
