Our three directors have all been with the business for more than ten years and most of our team have all been with us more than five years (because it’s a very nice place to work).

Working with the One Voice team to provide marketing and PR support for our exciting portfolio of clients. This paid two-week internship will provide a valuable experience in the PR industry.

One Voice will be offering two paid, two-week placements to young people (aged 18 or over) in Herefordshire with an interest in developing their marketing, PR, and social media management skills.

· Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday.

· Contract length: 2 weeks

Job Description

• Creating content – copy & photography - for use across social media platforms and other formats.
• Assisting with research project for library brand development including local community groups and stakeholders for future outreach.
• Building a media database.
• Compiling reports
• Writing social media plans and example content creation for future library channels
• Supporting the One Voice Team when delivering focus groups and data collation.
• Campaign research
• Assisting other members of the team
• Proof reading
• Website scoping
• On-the-ground, basic photography for marketing materials and assets

Person specification

Creative, collaborative, and driven – just like the rest of the One Voice team.

Essential:

• Excellent communication skills
• Good basic maths skills
• Experience of using social media
• Strong organisational skills
• Hereford-based - remote internship but with access to visit Hereford when necessary

Desirable:

• Basic experience of using things like Wordpress or other similar sites
• Basic photography skills
