As a Business Development Executive, you'll work with dormant accounts and new leads, engage with contacts across the UK, and learn more about their potential recruitment needs and plans. You will, through solutions-selling techniques and effective consultation advise on our products and solutions and how they would best benefit their business.

To be successful as a New Business Sales Consultant, you should:

• Be experienced in winning new accounts and opportunities
• Have a solid understanding of solutions selling and the sales process.
• Ideally, have experience in the recruitment, job board, or digital advertising sectors, however, this is not essential.
