We are Active Care Group, the leading provider of complex care. Within the Care in the Home division, we support adults with spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury and complex health needs to live in their own homes.
We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker at our clients home based in Dagenham.
When you'll be working:
- Day Shifts
- Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 16:30pm
- Full Time or Part time Available
- Up to 45 hours a week available
What you'll be doing:
This role is to support our client in their own home during the day which will involve companionship, daily activities together as preparing lunch, accompanying client when going out shopping, walks. Client can walk short distance but needs to use manual wheelchair for longer distance.
