Counter Assistant

Here at Play Factore we are expanding our team and we are looking for a counter assistant to join our in-house restaurant team!

We are currently looking for someone to work part time (weekends, both Saturday and Sunday), with additional hours available during school half-term times.

Availability during half term is essential due to the nature of our business.

Typical restaurant day-to-day tasks and responsibilities include assisting with the setup and preparation of the counter for the day, taking orders on the till, ensuring all customer areas are up to a high standard of cleanliness, monitoring stock levels and rotation, and preparing/serving food and drink orders.

• A proven ability to meet high standards for food and drink service
• Must have good communication and customer service skills
• Someone that is energetic and can use their initiative
• Be able to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Be able to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment

Play Factore is the UK's leading family entertainment centre, located at BEYOND Manchester, just near the Intu Trafford Centre. We house a state of the art indoor play arena designed for families to spend time together, as well as an interactive toddler area we really are the full package.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12-16 per week

Salary: Up to £10.50 per hour
