HGV Workshop Manager

Our client is a well-known and reputable recycling company in Bolton. Currently they are looking for an experienced HGV Workshop Manager to take over the role of their existing Manager and join their team.

It is essential the Workshop Manager must have experience in maintaining HGV's, trailers and Commercial vehicles.

Responsibilities:

· Vehicle maintenance planning.

· Ensure all vehicles are operated in a roadworthy condition.

· Responsible for a team of HGV/Trailer Technicians; leading, motivating and supporting them to work to a high standard.

· Responsible for people and performance management of the team including time and attendance.

· Responsible for the daily control of the workshop in order to maintain a high level of productivity and quality repair

· Maintain & Audit maintenance records & ensure they are kept for 15 months.

· Oversee vehicle scheduling.

Salary: £45,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
