Healthcare Assistant - 11.25 Hours

At BPAS, we have an exciting part-time opportunity for a Healthcare Assistant to join our two units in London working an average 11.25 hours per week on Wednesdays and alternate Thursdays.

We are looking for someone who by working alongside our Nurses & Midwives will be able provide the best client care.

You will assist the clinical team to maintain and improve high standards of client care within the operating department and recovery areas of the unit. You will also carry out assigned tasks unsupervised in support of a registered practitioner and care for our clients.

About You

You will have experience working in healthcare especially in a hospital, GP practice or operating theatre setting. With a positive can do attitude you will enjoy working as a part of a team and be passionate about helping and caring for others.

Candidates will need to be comfortable with terminations of pregnancy and seeing this procedure in theatre.
