We are looking for dynamic, highly motivated applicants to work in Theatre on any of our four sites: Good Hope Hospital, Birmingham Heartlands Hospital, Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Solihull Hospital We cover many specialities including Obs & Gynae, Trauma & Orthopaedics, Interventional Radiology, Thoracic, Cardiac, Liver, Neuro, Plastics, Burns, Hands, General, Urology, Renal, Maxillofacial, ENT, Vascular, Paediatrics, Ophthalmology, Day case surgery and Emergency.
University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust has recently opened the Heartlands Treatment Centre (HTC) at the Heartlands site, bringing together diagnostic, therapeutic and treatment services under one roof.
Our team have told us what they need and we've listened. If you are looking for hours to fit around your family, we can tailor our offering to you. This could be working weekend's only, condensed hours or maybe it's just keeping your interest by offering you one shift a week. We would adapt our rosters to secure your talent. All we ask for is that you provide the very best care to our patients and work with our teams to ensure patient safety and compliance.
You will be required to cover a range of shifts, which will include weekends, bank holidays, early/late/night duty, and the out of hours on call services.
