Are you looking for a new role to progress in your career? Would you like a new challenge with a successful business to business food manufacturer. My client is looking for a NPD Manager to join their team.
The Role:
Reporting to the Head of NPD, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading NPD and EPD projects
- Liaising with internal and external parties for projects
- Developing and implementing processes and procedures to ensure effective control and management of all project briefs
- Building and maintaining relationships with key accounts and tier 1 customers
- Supporting wider team with sample creations, conducting trials, and production evaluation, when required
The Candidate:
- Essential to come from a food manufacturing background
- Strong knowledge of Stage Gate
- Management experience
- Confident and adaptable individual
The Package:
- c£50,000
- Contribution for relocators
