Labour Hire are looking for a SITE MANAGER for a well-established company in NEW MALDEN
About You:
- High work ethic & team player
- Punctual & reliable
- Flexible approach
- CSCS card required
- SMSTS required
- A valid first aid certificate is essential
- Experience managing an office refurbishment is essential
- 5 years experience as a site manager
- A Russian speaker is essential
About the:
- Daily rate: £250 per day
- Monday to Thursday 8am – 4.30pm Friday 8am – 3pm.
- Working on a residential site
- You will be supervising site, ordering deliveries, liaising with bona fide - subcontractors and labour only subcontractors.
- Being able to plan and instruct labour only subcontractors how to carry out construction work – understanding building regs.
- More onsite construction experience, rather than office paperwork.
- Free parking available
- Start: ASAP
