Bailey Care Services has a vacancy in an exciting role as a Care Worker and Care Assistant, based in the Warminster area.

For this role you will need to be a UK resident, as we are unable to offer sponsorships.

For this client, you will be working in a care home setting, with elderly residents with mental health conditions, such as dementia.

The home encourages the residents to live as much of an independent life as possible, providing therapies and enrichment to aid them in day-to-day living.

The home provides residents with a variety of activities and enrichment, such as arts and crafts, gardening, therapy dogs and trips out in the local community. All of this is aimed to maintain the resident’s well-being and to ensure each resident is living their life to the fullest.

A successful candidate will need to be experienced within the care industry, bringing with them the knowledge and skills required to provide the best quality care to residents.

Staff are paid weekly at a starting rate of £10.06 to £18 per hour, with higher rates and shift premiums on bank holidays and weekends.

As this role involves assisting potentially vulnerable individuals, a minimum of 6 months care/support work experience is essential.
