Support Worker

Support Worker - Malvern

£10 - £13 an hour

We are searching for Support Workers to work in the Lancaster area which is based in WR14. We have a number of opportunities available for someone who has either worked worked as a Care assistant/Support Worker.

This service is a for Adults aged 18 to 65 and personal care and support for adults is required.

MUST BE MEDICATION TRAINED

Hours of work are 9am till 6pm - 10am till 6pm, 8am till 8pm and sleep shifts

Ideal candidate

· Previous experience as a support worker/care assistant

·Strong work ethic

· Excellent communication

·Team player

Key Duties

• Assisting the Client to be independent
• Build confidence and self esteem
• Support mental health needs to build up skills
