Client Care Member

Swift Referrals boasts a dynamic, loyal and supportive team of over 100 staff in North Yorkshire. The hospital has fantastic equipment available including 1.5T Siemens MRI scanner, 128 Slice GE CT scanner, doppler ultrasound, endoscopy, arthroscopy and state-of-the-art operating theatres in a supportive hospital environment.

We have expanded into the building next door to open an emergency and critical care centre so we are now recruiting for a Part time time Client Care Team member to join our front of house team.

The role will be Monday and Friday 8 am to 2 pm and alternate Saturdays/Sundays 4pm to 10 pm. Registering clients, dealing with emergencies, collating animal medical histories and booking appointments are amongst the tasks required.

Excellent customer service, good administration skills and the ability to work alone as well as part of a team are essential. A good telephone manner and a willingness to go the extra mile are also required.
