Assistant Credit Controller
Jellycat ↗Jellycat have an exciting opportunity for a new Assistant Credit Controller to join our Finance Credit Control team! Entry level/graduate applicants who are enthusiastic about a career in Finance are encouraged to apply for this rare opening. Those with 1-2 years experience in a similar role are also welcome to apply. This is a varied role and you will have a rewarding cross-over position serving as a key link between the sales and finance teams.
Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, your role responsibilities will be (but not limited to):
- Managing and documenting payment communications with UK customers
- Keeping accurate accounting records of customer payments
- Analysing and reporting on payment performance
- Assessing credit applications and making credit judgements
- Managing internal and external relationships between both customers, and sales and finance teams.

Desirable:
- Additional languages are not required but beneficial
- University studies in Finance, Economics or Accounting
- Experience using SAP
