E-commerce Specialist - Social Media and Influencer Marketing

Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate E-commerce Specialist with a strong background in social media and influencer marketing to join our team at E&E. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in social media and influencer marketing management. The ideal candidate will possess a creative mind and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with account managers for our client websites and translate client website level events into impactful brand level posts
• Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms
• Create affiliate agreements, recruit and engage with relevant influencers to promote our products and brands
• Develop workflows and processes for executing marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient coordination between account managers, designers, developers, and other team members
• Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns, analyzing key metrics and providing insights and recommendations for optimization
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, bringing innovative ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in photo editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
