Foreign Exchange Sales Consultant

We have an exciting opportunity to build a career with one of the independent Retail Foreign Exchange companies. We are a Customer focused Bureau De Change. If you are really good at Customer Services and Sales, this is a great opportunity for you. The role involves Customer service and Sales. Your Customers will be Tourists visiting London and the local Customers travelling abroad who need to change Currencies.

As Sales Consultant, you will -

• Exchange Foreign Currency Bank Notes (Buying and Selling)
• Provide a very good Customer service to the Walk-in Customers
• Process Western Union Transactions
• Follow Compliance Procedures
• Run Daily Reports and perform other sales related duties

The Successful Candidate must-

• Possess 5 GCSE’s or equivalent including English and Maths at Grade C or above
• Have Excellent Communication Skills Have
• Good Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills Sales and Customer service skills
• Self Motivated and Energetic
• Must provide 2 references.
• Willing to go under CRB check

We will Offer- Full Training Competitive Pay, Bonuses and Commissions

Hours - Total 40 Hours per week working on any 5 days of week between the hours of 8 AM to 11 PM
