Retail Store Supervisor

Pet Pavilion is looking for bright, outgoing and enthusiastic people to be a part of the team in our flagship store on the Kings Road. You must love animals but most importantly, be a quick learner; only those who show true potential will be rewarded with progression. Experience in retail is essential.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conducting both Manager and Retail Assistant store duties when required to ensure maximum profitability
• Delivering the best possible customer service to boost sales
• Assisting the Branch Manager in responding to customer complaints, concerns and queries in a helpful and professional manner
• Creating and arranging promotional material and in-store displays
• Assisting the Branch Manager in monitoring and ordering inventory/stock
• Maintaining store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
• Training, and assigning responsibilities to Retail Assistants
• Coordinating the daily bookings for in-branch dog grooming

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £11.25 per hour
