Designate Cinema Manager

This is a Designate Cinema Manager role, which will be based in Enfield. This job role will allow you to learn the duties of a Cinema Manager, after your training you will have the opportunity to take up a Cinema Manager role in any nearby Cineworld Cinema where there is a vacancy. We are currently looking for people that are available any day and any time.

Cineworld Enfield

Our cinema has 15 screens and is situated on the busy on A10 and Southbury Road junction. We have a number of propositions, which include an IMAX screen, 4DX screen and a Starbucks coffee shop. We show all the latest blockbusters in IMAX, 4DX, 2D and 3D as well as Live content. If you love film then we want to hear from you.

Our opening hours vary from 9:00am through until 3am.

As a Cinema Manager, you will use your existing experience to ensure the smooth running of the cinema. This diverse role will see you managing the commercial aspects of the cinema. In addition to this, you will be highly visible providing a superior level of customer service and leading the team to deliver an unrivalled cinema experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times

• Stock Control

• Cash reconciliation

• Addressing and resolving customer complaints

• Recruitment, induction and training

• Coaching Team Leaders and Team Members

• Adherence to Health and Safety legislation

• Monitoring compliance and maintaining standards

• Delivery of the Company Strategy to be the best place to watch a movie

• Performance management

• Operations management

• Budgetary management
