Home Telecom ↗Salary: up to £23,000 basic depending on experience. up to £40,000 OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
Saturdays 9:00am - 1:00pm (rota basis)
Location: Horsham, West Sussex.

We offer residential tenants’ flexible broadband, mobile sim, energy & Sky TV. We have supported over 150,000 homes across the UK on a monthly basis for their internet connectivity.

What will you be doing?
- You will be responsible for calling prospective customers who are going through the home move process and looking to set up their home utilities
- These utilities will include upselling add on products to accompany the broadband service. Alongside Energy, SIMS & Sky TV
- Influencing customers to purchase products and services by utilising a prepared sale script
- You will be contacting these opportunities via warm leads who have been passed through via our partners
- Providing our customers and prospective customers with a high quality of service and knowledge to them at all times. Being an expert for the customer’s journey
- Utilising systems to best influence the customers decisions and your own persuasive skill
