Sales Assistant

An opportunity to join a small, close-knit team in a retail sales assistant position. The role will entail a large amount of serving and providing assistance to customers on the shop floor, as well as also some back of house work processing deliveries and replenishing stock and ensuring the store as a whole is kept clean and tidy.

Role will be a flexible contract, with hours and days differing each week based upon the needs of the business. The contract base will be 4 hours, however hours are more likely to range from 2-4 days and 10-25 hours a week, with some weeks offering more and some weeks offering less.

Applicants will be expected to be flexible, but the the management team will also be flexible and our close-knit team will do our best to work around any needs the employee may have. However weekend working will be essential. No experience or qualifications are necessary, however applicants should be outgoing and able to communicate effectively and politely with members of the public, as well as possessing a strong work ethic. An interest in outdoor activities is a bonus, but not essential.

Part-time hours: 10-25 per week

Salary: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
