Jet Vac Driver/Operator

Are you looking for a new challenge and to be a part of a fantastic team? Well you're in luck, Team Drainage UK are looking for a Jet Vac Driver Operative to join our expanding team!

As a Jet Vac Driver and Operator, your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Working as part of a two-person team, operating our high specification jetting equipment and vacuumation units.
• Your works will include: Emptying of septic tanks, interceptors, catch pits etc. Blockage clearing and PPM site cleans with high pressure water jetting. Cleaning of lines to facilitate CCTV survey works.
• Your works may require you to work using a van pack, if needed to attend to commercial and domestic properties, this would be beneficial but not essential as training can be provided.
• Although you start at our depot, you will be required to attend all work activities instructed to you by your line manager. This will include works within various sectors, including industrial, rail, utility, commercial and residential.

The Ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:

• Ideally you will already be familiar with high pressure jetting equipment and / or drainage networks and hold an in date Water Jetting Assosication card. However, if you do not this isn't a problem as full training will be given for the right candidate.
• You will be required to hold an HGV Class 2 licence, with no more than 3 penalty points.
• A Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) is desirable, however if not then this isn't a probem as full trianing will be given for the right candidate.
• An in date CSCS card would be an advantage but not essential as again training can be provided for the right candidate.
• An in date confined space certificate would be ideal, however not essential as training can be provided.
• You will be expected to comply with Health Safety and Environmental compliance, full Training with be provided within an Induction Training package.
