The Role – Security Supervisor
Atlas Security is security arm of the Atlas FM Group and was launched in 2021. This is an incredibly exciting time to join this young and dynamic organisation. What you’ll be doing:
Protecting our customers property and people
Providing a high standard of customer care
Supervising a security team
Delivery of security duties including access control, patrolling, CCTV monitoring
Being an ambassador for both our customers and Atlas Security

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following experience, skills, behaviours necessary to meet the requirements of the role:
Leadership skills
Confident in decision making and taking a lead role in incident management
Team player
Strong customer service
Health & Safety awareness
We require all of our employees have a good level of written and spoken English
You must have the right to work in the UK and be able to evidence this
You must hold an SIA licence or be willing to undertake the necessary training
