Nursing Associate

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Band 4 Nursing associate to Join the Skegness Community Mental Health team. We are a friendly, supportive and proactive team with a culture of delivering a high quality of care. The team works collaboratively with a range of internal and external partners, GPs, Neighbourhood teams, Social workers and Integrated Placed based teams.

To be part of an integrated health/social care team providing care for service users suffering from serious and enduring mental illness. Offering nursing interventions in a wide variety of clinical,

therapeutic and social forms with the aim of promoting health, wellbeing, self autonomy and

independence. The nursing associate will work independently under the leadership of the registered nurse, working within the sphere of nursing and care and within all aspects of the nursing process.

The Successful candidate will work effectively in the multidisciplinary team to provide high quality mental health assessments, treatment plans and risk management plans, providing evidence based nursing interventions
