Document Controller

About the Document Controller role:
As our Document Controller, you will produce technical documentation dossiers to client specifications.
Key responsibilities of our Document Controller will include:
- Collating test certificates, WPS/PQR, quality plans, radiographic reports, NDT reports, PED documentation and complete documentation dossiers.
- Understanding and interpreting client documentation requirements.
- Cross checking location sheets to test certification.
- The ability to liaise with all departments to generate and then issue the required documentation.
- Inputing specification and test results onto the production management system on a daily basis.
- Liaising with visiting inspectors in finalisation of documentation packs.
- Requisition stationery and printing of dossiers.
What we’re looking for in our Document Controller:
- Previous experience of documentation control.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry would be advantageous.
- Competent working with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
- Highly organised and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise workloads.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A good understanding of health & safety, environmental issues and quality rules.
