Dental Receptionist

Dentality @ Hoddesdon is one of the premier practices in the Hertfordshire region. We are looking to expand our award winning team and are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic team player to join our Reception Team.

As part of our team, you will provide excellent customer service and play an integral part in the running of the practice whilst ensuring the highest levels of patient care and professionalism at all times. You will need to be friendly, enthusiastic and able to work well under pressure. A profound sense of professionalism and dedication is required for this role:

• The Receptionist key role will be to assist with patients’ queries, telephone bookings, taking payments, greeting patients etc.
• The successful candidate would be computer literate and should be confident with Word, Excel and E-mails etc.
• As part of this Practice team you will be responsible with ensuring that both patients and clinicians receive the highest standards of service.
• We are looking for a flexible, enthusiastic and motivated individual who can prove attention to details, commitment to patients and who is able to work on their own initiative, be flexible to cover staff sickness and holiday when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £11.00 per hour
