Trainee Estate Agent

We are recruiting for a Trainee Estate Agent to book and conduct viewings, keep in touch with our existing clients, find new business and help our clients sales move forward by liaising with all stakeholders. No 2 days are ever the same in Estate Agency.

What we can offer

• A basic salary of of up to £21,000 depending on experience and skill set
• Realistic OTE of £25,000 - £30,000 (uncapped)

The hours are 37.5 hours a week with some Saturdays, in exchange for a lieu day during the week. In addition to the basic salary, generous bonus and commission schemes, we offer a pension scheme and a holiday entitlement of 20 days per annum plus bank holidays.

Experience is great but not essential. We are looking for the right person not the right cv.

Salary: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
