Radiology Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic caring person who is passionate about patient care to join our team in the Radiology Department in our Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) in Telford.

The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust has the privilege of developing and running the new service at the first CDC within Shropshire, due to open in October 2023.

Radiology assistants are an essential part of the Radiology team, working closely with Radiographers to provide scans and X-rays. This post is varied including work in MRI, CT and Ultrasound scanning as well as X-ray.

The X-ray team are friendly and supportive, valuing all members. A full induction programme ensures that all new members are fully supported when joining us.
