Trainee Production Manager

Salary: £40,000 - £40,000 per annum

As the Trainee Production Manager you will work closely with the Operations Director in leading the 24/7 metal fabrication part of the factory.

• Mentored and developed by the Operations Director against a long term development plan
• Longer term, there will be opportunities for further development for the right candidate who demonstrates drive and passion to positively affect factory performance

To be successful in this role of Trainee Production Manager we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

• Experience at first line management level within a manufacturing environment
• Experience in leading people (Senior Management not essential)
• Natural leader of people
• Passionate about manufacturing and engineering
• A completer / finisher who will not be deterred from reaching and exceeding goals
