Medical Records Manager

As Medical Records Manager you will report into the Deputy Head of Clinical Systems and form part of the leadership team for Clinical Systems.

You will ensure the delivery of an efficient and timely health records service within budgetary controls.

You will be responsible for leading the movement away from a paper based health record to an electronic record whilst maintaining due regard to clinical safety, operational efficiency and leading the data quality initiatives and Information Governance elements related to health records.

You will co-ordinate a standard approach to the maintenance of clinical records throughout the Trust and develop the service in line with nationally agreed standards and technical advancements.
