Are you an L1 SOC Analyst looking to step up your career?
My client is a specialist cyber security service provider based within Kidderminster. The Group of companies provides a wide range of services from telecommunication to IT networking services and is recognised as a leader in our field. Our work stands out from the crowd, Offering exceptional 24/7 support in voice, data, cloud, security and mobile solutions to thousands of businesses across the UK. They have around 400 passionate colleagues working within our business, supporting our ever-growing customer needs.
As a Tier 1 SOC analyst, you will be responsible for the initial triage and response to security incidents raised throughout the customer base. Working shifts within the 24/7 SOC with a key focus on attention to detail and client/stakeholder management, we are looking for someone comfortable in a client-facing role with the technical skills.
You will be working alongside other SOC L1 Analysts developing your understanding of SOC within the business, improving your analytical skills and progressing to SOC L2.
