Warehouse & Production Operative

Pick and select orders from the shelves and racks before packing

Pack orders that have been picked then package into box

Completing orders correctly for deliver and pick up according to schedule

Scan, sort items and place on racks when restocked into the warehouse

Warehouse Inventory control - Routine check on inventory stocks

Occasionally will make deliveries of products to customers

Occasionally will transport products from manufacturers and supplier to warehouse

Empty of Recycle bin everyday

Keeping work area clean

Packaging products for inventory stock and delivery

Products description - check info is correct, update info, add descriptions (products details, nutrition table, product usage, did you know? Section etc)
Attend to physical customers
Maintaining product info for website with correct details - title, brand, size etc.
Booking courier collections when necessary
Maintain shop area clean and tidy
Order and replenish packaging stuff, stationery, printer ink and special papers, tea&coffee, biscuits, fruit etc.
Manage Administrative and other adhoc duties .
Organise meetings, Manage restocking food and drinks products, prepare documentation when necessary.
Respond to phone calls and manage Tidio and emails enquiries adequately
Document editing, proofreading and confidentiality checking
Spreadsheet with clients suggestions and complaints
Handle Deliveries to and pick ups from London

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £1,400.00-£1,800.00 per month
