SUSHI CHEF

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sushi Chef as well to work as part of our kitchen team. The successful applicants should have experience working in a similar environment and be able to prepare and deliver high quality, modern sushi and sashimi dishes.

- preparing the food

- reviewing the menu

- following the budget set by the restaurant manager

- ordering food for the kitchen

- training staff

- maintaining a clean and safe kitchen and ensuring sanitation.

Salary: £11.00-£16.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
