General Farm Worker

We are currently looking for a machinery operator/ GFW / mechanic to join our busy farming and contracting business.

Are you a mechanic that fancies a bit of machinery operations as a change..? or perhaps a machinery operator that wouldn't mind helping out with a bit of spanner work / welding occasionally..?

Applicants must be able to work on own initiative and work well as part of a team. PA1/2 along with workshop / welding / mechanical skills will be an advantage but not essential. Duties to include all arable operations on over 2000 acres, combining, baling, hedge cutting, spraying, along with machnery servicing and maitainance, land drainage and digger work in winter months. We have a wide variety of jobs here and are always busy with something !

Rate of pay negotiable depending on experience, employed / self employed status. We require various personnel for different positions, from full time machinery operator to mechanic / technician and livestock personnel. We don't expect someone capable of all our requirements, but if you have any of these talents we would like to hear from you.
