Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity has come up for an assistant manager to join a well-loved premium accessories brand in their Dalton Park location. The brand is iconic with its accessories and they are now looking for a commercial and people driven manager to join the team.
The role:
- Support the store manager
- Train, develop and coach the team
- Visual merchandising
- Driving KPIs, looking at reports to make commercial decisions
- Health and safety, and all back office administration
The candidate:
- Previous experience in retail management
- Able to motivate a team
- Good communication skills
- Commercial, able to make good product decisions
The role has a competitive salary, plus quarterly bonus potential. You will also receive a generous store discount and health benefits.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £24,800.00 per year
