Cleaning Staff

Must drive and have own vehicle, covering West Midlands, predominantly Dudley/Sandwell but we do venture out so a confident driver is a must.

The correct candidate must have an excellent eye for detail, be comfortable with travel, and sometimes working out of there comfort zones. We are company who thrives on adventureous tasks, and that means showing the team they are capable of anything they put there mind too! They should have excellent face to face customer service skills, be able to work as part of an excellent team, as well as being comfortable working on there own. Staff for this role are required to visit numerous sites a day, these can be a broad mixture of domestic houses, commercial offices, hoarders houses, AirBnB's, HMO's - Variety IS the spice of life after all!

Experience in high end cleaning/houskeeping service, and basic knowledge of COSHH is preferred but is not essential as 4 weeks training will be given.

What can we offer?
A competitive rate of travel paid for, we pay all staff to wash there own uniforms and cloths.
Variable hours between 9-5 monday - saturday. We can also offer "after school" hours but our busiest periods are within the school hours. All staff start on lower hours then build up once the training process is over and we feel you're ready to spread your wings! Reliability and good timekeeping is an absolute must have for this role.

Usual holiday entitlement, plus a day off for your Birthday as a thank you for all the hard work and commitment we recieve from staff. Nobody should work on there Birthday!

Private mental health assurance, although our office door is always open to staff to listen and try to support, we are not qualified. So we pay for the experts so that our staff are not left on a 12 month waiting list for NHS mental health services.

We can offer flexibilty around other jobs, or around schools, but please note we must prioritise over another job, and we do require staff to work throughout school holidays, this is not a term time only role.
