Wholesale Operations Assistant
Artisan People ↗A world-famous, innovative skincare brand is on the hunt for a new Wholesale Operations Administrator to join their London-based team.
The role
In this role you will support all operational and administrative duties for the company, ensuring that orders are fulfilled and delivered on time and providing amazing customer service for all wholesale and retail channels. Key responsibilities include:
- Stock management
- Order processing and fulfilment
- Acknowledging all orders received and providing shipping updates
- Compiling daily and weekly sales reports for senior management
- Processing customer invoices once orders have been confirmed as delivered/collected
