Outpatient Services Project Manager

The Post Holder will work as a valuable member of the Project Management Team, being responsible for the delivery of quality improvements in the provision of Outpatient Services.

The post holder will work autonomously to oversee the delivery of a portfolio of transformation projects. They will facilitate operational improvements in outpatient pathways, and contribute to the day to day optimisation of service delivery.

The Post Holder will work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the trust. They will take the lead for specific system wide improvement projects, ensuring consistency of approach and fostering shared learning.
