Full Job Description

We are looking for a part qualified accountant keen to progress their career within a fast-paced Finance function - the multi-site nature of our business, combined with our diverse range of capex programmes provide a dynamic, fulfilling environment. Working in a team of 3 responsible for investment property & capex accounting, this role sits within iQ's Group Finance team. With some supervising duties, the person will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the job cost & general ledger with month end responsibilities, reporting to the Investment Property Accountant.

Knowledge & Qualifications:

  • Ideally a part qualified professional, with 3+ years' experience working in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and numerical skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and Word.

Experience & Skills:

  • Part exam qualified - ideally ACCA or CIMA
  • Good attention to detail, methodical and takes pride in work.
  • Self-starter with an organised and proactive approach.
  • Positive “can do” approach.
  • Strong team working and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to meet multiple deadlines and multi-task, using initiative to prioritise
  • Good communication and the ability to work as part of a team
