Office Assistant & Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant and Receptionist with 1+ years of construction industry experience, exceptional communication and computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, to join our team.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Office Assistant and Receptionist

- Excellent communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer systems

- Effective time management and detail-oriented

Responsibilities:

- Greet and handle visitors and phone inquiries efficiently

- Record accurate interactions and assign follow-up actions

- Handle customer complaints and inquiries effectively

- Organize office supplies and maintain inventory

- Support invoicing and administrative duties

- Build and foster positive relationships
