Project Support Worker– Helpline & Engagement Service

We are looking for a Part Time Project Support Worker to join our dynamic Domestic and Sexual Violence/Abuse Helpline Service

Salary: £22,000 pro-rata

Provide administrative support to the Helpline & Engagement Service (HES), adeptly process new referrals into the service, and assist the management team in maintaining updated information for the service system and refuge accommodation. Support professionals to navigate options and support available and provide updates on referrals. Process agency referrals; including online referrals, post and referrals received via secure and non-secure email.
