Full Job Description
Our Client is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join their team as a Farm Labourer. The successful candidate will be responsible for lawn mowing, complementing general labouring work around the farm, and handling machinery to help with their day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Operating lawn mowing equipment to maintain the appearance and safety of the farm
- Completing general labouring tasks as needed, such as cleaning and maintenance of equipment and buildings, assisting with livestock handling, and helping with harvests and planting
- Operating and maintaining various types of machinery, including tractors, loaders, and mowers
- Following all safety protocols and procedures while working on the farm
- Communicating effectively with other members of the farm team
Requirements:
- Experience with lawn mowing and general labouring work, preferably in a farm or outdoor setting
- Ability to operate and maintain machinery safely and efficiently
- Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous manual labour in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Working Hours will be 8am - 4pm
