Finance Assistant | High Growth FMCG Drinks Business | Interim Contract | London | Hybrid | £25-35k

Consumer Additions are currently partnering with a trendy FMCG drinks business who due to sustained growth are looking to expand their London-based finance team on a temp to perm basis.

This opportunity is perfect for Immediately Available candidates who are looking for their next challenge in a dynamic and growing business.

Key Duties:

• Upload purchase invoices onto accounting system
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers; dealing with any invoice discrepancies accurately and appropriately
• Delivering the weekly payment run
• Assist in the month end processes, preparing the journals and prepayments for the ledger to close
• Ensure files for purchase invoices, bank statements and and sales invoices are kept updated to date and continually accurate
• Performing bank and supplier reconciliations across multiple currencies for various banking platforms
• Overseeing the sales ledger by raising all sales invoices and ensure they are posted on time.
• Review aged debtors and accounts with overdue receipts
• Assist with ad-hoc duties such as year end and VAT returns

Personal Requirements:

• Previous experience within a finance role
• Ability work within fast paced and evolving work environment
• Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of the business
• Attention to detail and ability to complete tasks on time and prioritise workload
• Methodical approach and ability to work with multiple changing deadlines
• Highly driven individual with a can do attitude, consistently seeking to drive process improvement
