ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT

Your role

The role is based at the Moy Park Head Office in Craigavon reporting to the Supply Chain Finance Manager and will work closely with the Supply Chain management teams.

The jobholder will primarily be responsible for providing a financial reporting and commercial support service to the Distribution team but will in addition support the Supply Chain Finance Manager with other projects as required.

What you’ll need

• 
  Part qualified finance professional – qualified by experience
• 
  Appetite to advance within a finance environment
• 
  Knowledge of working in a finance function
• 
  Strong spreadsheet skills, specifically Excel
• 
  Proven record of ability to work to tight deadlines & in a pressurised team based environment.
• 
  Thorough and meticulous
• 
  Independent self starter with ability to identify and implement changes to systems and procedures.
• 
  Assertive, good team worker with strong professional work ethic.
