We as a company are growing in eCommerce and are looking for individuals who want to be part of this exciting journey. Based in South London we are surrounded with good transport links. We are looking for an enthusiastic Buying Assistant to join our team.
The Role
Ensuring POs and SKUs are raised.
Liaising with suppliers mainly in China, India and Turkey.
Allocating product to website and stores.
Attending fit meetings and ensuring that fit comments are passed onto factories.
Attending trade shows with buying director.
Liaising with both retail and wholesale teams.
Checking daily stock and sales, and producing a trade pack for weekly discussion on a Monday.
Checking Website daily to ensure all imagery is correct and highlight any concerns.
Uploading product details onto website.
Requirements
Strong IT skills, especially Excel and Microsoft.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good numerical and analytical skills
Experience with a Critical Path
A flair for fashion and a passion for product.
Can work on own initiative and is focused on achieving results.
Right to work in UK.
Beneficial
