Maintenance Operative

Your new role at Milton Court Care Home as Maintenance Person is ready for you to take charge of. The home is looking for a team member like you to ensure the building and grounds are well maintained, undertaking a variety of routine maintenance tasks, checks to services applying basic fixes to equipment and systems and ensuring facilities are fully functional.

You will love general maintenance tasks and basic repairs including electrical, plumbing, joinery and building tasks and decorating rooms to maintain the standards of the home. This is a special role because it gives you the chance to make a difference to our residents lives every day. From helping residents hang pictures in their rooms, moving furniture, collecting prescriptions or driving the minibus, this is a role where you can demonstrate your natural values of being Proud, Supportive and Caring.
