RUSH have an exciting opportunity for a leader for a salon manager to join our RUSH family in Kingston, this for an exciting new salon opening. Ideally your from a salon background we are looking for a front of house or stylist manager to lead our salon.

We are looking for an innovative, dynamic and commercial thinker to elevate your team and salon’s potential. You will be target driven and committed to delivering consistently, maximising profit. We are looking for an ambitious and creative leader, to be our salon’s role model. You will inspire and motivate: within your leadership style, to get the best from your team, hugely focused on salon moral. Your team will be motivated, engaged to deliver the best client journey, with your support. We will also support you to be at your best; with bespoke training both creative and educational, to set you up as a successful leader,

• You will be an ambitious and creative leader with previous management experience.
• Hair stylist background able to manage the salon and your own column
• Able to grow and maintain a loyal client base
• You will be a role model to our salon team and promote best practice with great integrity
• Always friendly and out-going you will be a true RUSH ambassador, giving our teams a career
• Able to service our clients and grow a successful and profitable salon
• Ideally you will come from a commercial background, target driven and focused on maximising profit.
