TikTok Creator/Specialist (Graduate)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative graduate to join our team as a TikTok Creator/Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing engaging TikTok content for our clients, managing their TikTok pages, executing paid advertising campaigns, building influencer lists and managing influencer relationships, training clients, and presenting on TikTok Live and Shop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute TikTok content strategies for our clients
• Create and produce high-quality, engaging TikTok videos that align with our clients' branding and messaging
• Manage and grow our clients' TikTok accounts, including analysing metrics and data to optimize content and improve engagement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends and algorithms, and use this knowledge to develop effective social media strategies
• Build influencer lists and manage influencer relationships
• Train clients on TikTok best practices and content creation
• Review paid advertising strategies and campaigns and optimise for maximum ROI
• Present on TikTok Live and Shop to engage with audiences and drive sales
• Collaborate with our team to develop and execute integrated social media campaigns across multiple platforms
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, advertising, or communications
• Strong knowledge and understanding of TikTok and other social media platforms
• Excellent creative skills and the ability to develop and produce engaging video content
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform and optimise content strategies
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other video editing software is a plus

Experience:

• Some experience with social media management, content creation, or digital marketing is preferred but not required
