Operations Manager

We are currently looking for a operations manager for our busy client in Bilston.

The hours of work for this job are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, a successful candidate would need to flexible in there working hours as the could have to start work as early as 7:30am and finish at 6pm.

This role includes:

• Managing stock control and inventory checks.
• Communicating changes in an order process to relevant parties.
• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed.
• Documenting procedures for third-party monitoring.
• monitoring production and staff
• Reviewing workloads and manpower to ensure accurate customer orders are dispatched.
• Supporting the CEO or executive team’s vision and process ideals.
• Ensuring staff working on processes are happy and operating efficiently.
• Supporting all functions of the business to work together.
