Experienced Project Manager for New Build Housing Development

Location: Solomon Passage - Peckham

New build of 84 Flats

Start date : TBC

Day Rate £350-£450 dependant on experience.

Hours - 8am to 5pm

Contract Term - 18Months

Interviews - W/C 22nd May

Requirement

• Experienced with Microsoft office and familiar with document controlling/Drawing software such as procure.
• Proven experience of managing new build projects
• Confident with producing programs and delegating
• Overseeing Procurement and Logistics
• Managing and monitoring sucontractors, subconsultants, other specialist subcontractors
• Up-to date with current building regulations
• Health and Safety record keeping
• SMSTS card required
• Time-management and program co-ordination are a must to ensure smooth-running of site program.

Salary: £350.00-£450.00 per day

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Peckham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Project Management: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 05/06/2023
